ABOUT DEBBIE
A native Floridian, Debbie Mayfield grew up in Pensacola where her family instilled in her a sense of strong work ethics, including the values of honesty, integrity, and accountability. As a native Floridian and long time resident of the Treasure Coast, Debbie values the basic principals of lower taxes, smaller government, and more personal freedom. She is committed to placing a high priority in supporting public education, family values, and protecting our quality of life.
BUSINESS OWNER
Debbie owns and operates a mortgage brokerage company. Before starting her own business, Debbie worked in banking for institutions including Barnett Bank, First National Bank & Trust, and Harris Trust Bank.
As a small business owner and someone who is on the frontlines of the housing market, Debbie understands the challenges families face trying to realize the American Dream of home ownership. That’s why she is committed to lowering the costs of owning a home by fighting for smaller government to reduce our property tax burden and pushing for reforms to make property insurance more affordable.
Debbie has the knowledge, skills, and ability to get the job done and she knows what it means to make payroll. She will fight to make government tighten its belt and reduce spending.
FAMILY
Love of family and community is what inspires Debbie to serve. Married for 31 years, she and her husband Stan have three boys all of whom attend public school.
She is a dedicated wife and mother who is working hard to teach her sons the values of integrity, honesty, hard work and service to others. The same values she learned from her parents growing up.
Debbie cherishes spending time with her family and enjoys traveling.
